At Venalisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging to comply with health and safety regulations, then securely pack them to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return authorization label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new shades within 5-7 business days.
